Currently, I am getting approx. 60-80 views on my WordPress blog posts which are focussed on History, Travel and Heritage. Is it a good enough number?
How can I identify the kind of traffic that I am generating in terms of age, gender and city?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I think you need Google Analytics or imports your stats.

It’s all relative, really. I’ve been blogging for close on three years now and average between 30 and 50 views a day, so 60-80 views are high according to me. Other bloggers again, average in the thousands of views a day, and some of them think they’re traffic is too low.

Traffic varies drastically from blog to blog and there are so many factors influencing it, like the topics you write about, your target audience, your writing style, who you are, how you market your blog, what your personal blogging goals are, etc., that it’s really not possible to say whether or not your numbers are good enough.

If you want ways to increase your traffic, you can look at this support doc: https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-more-views-and-traffic/

There’s no way to tell that. Websites, including WordPress.com, track traffic based on IP addresses. An IP address doesn’t give info like age or gender, only location. While in some cases IPs can be tracked to a specific city, not all of them can, and WP.com stats only supply the country of origin of visitor IPs.

Google Analytics is only available for sites that have the Business upgrade package, but even they won’t be able to tell what the age and gender of website visitors are.
