  It was a great function and I’m sad to see it go. Since I’m an anonymous blogger on a shared computer, downloading the browser plugin isn’t an option.

  I saw where WordPress says they will try to bring back the functionality with their own program. I sure hope they do.

  Yeah. I really am disappointed that Zemanta has been removed from WP.com. It was really helpful for me.

  Hi!
  This is a stretch but possibly you can use our demo as some assistance.

  We too love WordPress and would love to stay in WordPress.com as a default option. The best alternative we have is the browser extension or the demo. We do have plugins for self-hosted installations if you ever start blogging with those!
