GoodReads displayed in page

    I’d like to display a GoodReads shelf on a page, not as a widget on a sidebar. I see that there is a widget available for the sidebar, but it’s not so much what I’m looking for. The blog I write for relies heavily on books that contributing authors have been influenced by, and I would like to display a Currently Reading shelf from GoodReads on my bio page.

    Anything I can do? Please and thank you!

    Hi there,

    I’ve done a bit of tinkering with GoodReads in an attempt to make this work, but I don’t believe this is possible currently. Your best bet would be to use the sidebar widget you refer to and then specify where the widget should appear using the widget visibility settings shown here:

    Widgets

    That would allow you to specify that the widget only appear on the About page for a certain author of your site for example. Can you give that a try?
