Goodreads widget

  I have the goodreads widget on my website and have it pointed to the ‘Read’ shelf. The problem I have is that it doesn’t show the most recent reads, it seems to have a randomness about how it chooses which to show. Can you help me to sort this out as I want it to show the most recent books I have read.

  I have had another look and it is sorting them with the date that I have added the book to goodreads. But I want it to be by the date I finished reading it.

  I have the same problem, books get sorted by date added, and not by date read.

  For the time being, i have added a text widget from Goodreads that shows the last reads. The problem is that it’s fixed, and it needs to be updated manually.

  A solution for the “Goodreads Widget” in WordPress would be great.

  I’m glad it’s not just me. How did you add the text widget as when I tried to it ended up with the books read box but also had the html appearing above it on the page.

  I just deleted the html text that appears on top of the box, and leave the rest of text. And then it looks fine :-)
