Goodreads Widget

  I’ve added my Goodreads numeric user ID without issue, however the widget still shows the following:

  You need to enter your numeric user ID for the Goodreads Widget to work correctly.

  Any tips that I’m missing / is this an issue that other people have had?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Yes, this is a current issue with the Goodreads Widget and we are aware of the issue. Our developers are actively looking into it, but we suspect this might be a change to how GoodReads validates the account ID on their end.

  We’ll update you in this thread once we have more information, but unfortunately at this point, we don’t have any way to force the widget to accept your account ID.

  We’ll keep you updated.
