Goodreads widget not updating when I edit reviews

I have installed the Goodreads widget on the home page of my website. My latest ‘read’ books appear with the start of my review for each, where there is review. I hadn’t reviewed all of the book showing on my homepage so i went into Goodreads, wrote and saved some new reviews. I expected to see these on my website homepage after I refreshed the page but I still see the original entries. How can I refresh my homepage so the latest versions of my Goodreads reviews appear?
