Goodreads.com Author & Personal Profiles

I have been trying to get my blog from here on WordPress to be listed on my Goodreads profiles but I keep getting an error. When I contacted their support, they are telling me it is on this end. Never had any issues with my site being listed on any other website. Here is the error I am getting: Your connection is not private.
And here is their input on this: I’ve had my fellow Experts check on other browsers as well and each time, error messages about invalid certificates or the above is seen.
Please advise on how to correct this issue. I am using https://www.rivyen.wordpress.com

The ‘www’ is not needed in your site url. Can you try establishing the connection via https://rivyen.wordpress.com/ ?
