Google account suspended, despite full payment
-
Hi. On 19 November I purschased a Premium plan ($99) and a Google email domain ($50). As I view the status of my account through the WordPress website all looks well and correct. My two purchases (from WordPress and Google) will be renewed in November 2016. But since 21 December I have not been able to access my gmail account. As I try to log in, google tells me my 30-day free trial is over and that I must now pay! I just spoke to Google, but since I set this up through WordPress they cannot help me. Google tells me only WordPress can tell me why my Gmail account has been suspended even though I have made full payment for 1 year. Please assist me with this problem ASAP as I need the Gmail for work. Please use my alternative email <(email visible only to moderators and staff)> to respond to this question. Thanks, Per

Hi there,
This is a know problem, and we are working with Google to try and fix it.
We have made an adjustment on your account. Can you please check if you are able to log in now?
Let me know if you’re still having problems with this.

Hi kokkieh. Thanks for your quick reply and for your help. Yes, all seems to be working now. I can log in and all emails from when the account was suspended are still available to me. Happiness Engineer – how appropriate! Best, Per

I can’t take the credit here, as someone else did the actual fixing, but I’m glad to hear that it’s working again. Have a great last week of 2015 :)
