Google Ad not disappearing

I’ve removed all google auto ads and there’s still a massive ad at the top of the page, forcing all the content down. Any idea how I can remove this?

I visited your site but for me no ads were showing. Here is what I see:
Are you still seeing this issue on your end? It looks like you are using Google Chrome as your browser, so with this in mind I would like you to try clearing your cache and cookies based on the steps google recommends here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
If you continue to see this ad after completing those steps, I would like you to try another browser instead, like Firefox. Are you able to see it if you use a browser other than Chrome?
