Google adds with pics

  Hi, I saw in my blog that I started to have Google adds in some posts. Did a little research and find out that… thats part of the terms (fine…). But, I also read that it is supposed to be only text adds and I had a very big add with a pic or a flash, or maybe a png.
  Is it normal?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
