  Can’t do it. According to the TOS you agreed to when you started your blog, putting ads on WordPress.com blogs is forbidden. There’s only one ad program available to us, and that’s called WordAds, and you’d have to be getting thousands of hits a day just to have pizza money at the end of the Quarter.

  Not for the free WordPress.com blogs. If you want ads and plugins, you need to be using WordPress.org for your blogging platform.
