You really don’t get me. My point is that you should check my blog and tell me if it is mature
in terms of traffic and contain, enough and inline with the type of blog that Google can approve to run ads in it, if I should upgrade it to business plan. I understand that one can upgrade to business plan, yet Google may still not approve it. I need honest answer on this. Thanks. -
wordpress.com has nothing to do with Google Adsense. So we can’t tell you if your site is eligable for Google Adsense or not. Only Google Adsense can give you an answer to that question.

We cannot tell you if your site meets Google’s standards, because we are not Google. Contact Google support directly if you want to know if your site meets their requirements for their advertising program.
