  One of the newer blogs I am putting up – these ads arent on my old blog – Can someone tell me if there is a way to get rid of the google ads that come up – is this a new thing with WordPress? is there a way for me to go in and change this? Totally confused – somewhat new to blogging – thanks!

  It’s not new, but it isn’t always there. Signed in WP.com users won’t see them, nor will most of your regulars. THe only way to get rid of all the ads is to buy the No Ads upgrade.
