Google ads and listing plug-in

Hi all,
My website was running fine until today I noticed that a lot of stuff on my homepage was missing and it was Blank, so I done some digging and I decided to deactivate the google ads and listing plugin as I done that everything was fine but when I active the plug-in everything is missing from homepage.
I checked the logs and I have this error
