http://ontap.com.ar/ is not a self hosted WordPress.ORG software install. It is a a site hosted by wordpress.COM. Please read this carefully https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
No blogger initiated advertising for driving traffic to third party sites is allowed here on wordpress.COM hosted blogs. PPC is not allowed. Affiliate marketing banners and any and all advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.com are not allowed.
The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains.

thanks for ur prompt reply but I do not understand. I paid for a self hosted (domain via NIC.AR + hosting through WIROOS.es) in order to access to google ads. Are you sure http://www.ontap.com.ar is not a self hosted site?
I did everythinb by the book.. Or I thought so… -
Hi, could you please explain the difference between wiroos.es and siteground..com ? I use the first one for ontap.com.ar in which I thought was a self hosted. The second, whom contacted through WordPress is offering me full access to google adsif I migrate my content to theirs (vidasdehotel.com) but now after your answer I don t understand anything.
I think part of all this musinderstanding is the poor explanation done by wordpress.com to their customers regarding hosting services -

http://vidasdehotel.com/ – is hosted on WordPress.COMDoes not matter where you bought the domain from – both sites are hosted on WordPress.COM and thus you can not sell ads on on those sites of put third party ads on them

thanks for your info, I appreciate that you take the time to answer these questions. But what with the tone? it is not necessary to treat me as a someone violating laws that are very unclear to amateurs. Again: WordPress has not succeeded in making these rules clear to new users.

If you want bad tone stick around – sorry – but you ask above about Ads so I answered directly about where each site was hosted – the added the part about ads as a statement of fact – sorry did not accuse you of anything – just reminded you
the info is in the support documents – but sometimes the answers by @TT can be confusing to beginners – so I like to keep things simple – also it is easy to confuse where sites are hosted which is why I looked at each of your sites and put the url down one per line – trying to make sure no confusion
