Google Ads on my WordPress Blog?

  Friends i have a blog on WORDPRESS.COM
  Loads of search and i found i can not add plugins on WordPress.com blogs, that’s disappointment.
  Now i want to put Google Ads,
  how can i do that? any procedure?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Why didn’t you do a search for “Google Ads”? You’ll find this is asked several times every day.
