  Advertisements, including those from third-party advertising networks like Google AdSense, are not allowed on WordPress.com.
  We do have an advertising program called WordAds, which you can read more about here:

  Hi there,

  Advertisements from third-party ad networks like Google AdSense are not allowed on WordPress.com. You can run ads on your site with the official ad program for WordPress.com called WordAds. For more information have a look at the official page:
  https://wordads.co/

  Also, if you have a Premium or Business plan, you have automatic access to the WordAds program and can set up advertising on your site immediately.
