  No. WordPress.com is already running adsense intermittently on some of our blogs, and they don’t allow user-initiated advertising of any kind. That’s in the Terms of Service.

  In the last paragraph of the “features” page, it indicates that user-initiated adsense via a paid upgrade, may be in the .com future, but no one knows when that will be.
