  I am having a free wordpress blog. I haven’t upgraded yet. But I own a domain from godaddy. It is said that in free plan we cant publish ads. So if I use this domain for my blog, will I be able to post the google ads ?

  No – you are not allowed to use any third party ad service or sell your own ads – you can use very limited plain text affiliate links – but no images

  So I cannot use adsense even if I use business plan ?

  Adsense is not allowed on the Business plan

  If you get your own hosting and use the WordPress.ORG software you can sell your own ads or use Adsense or other Ad systems – but you will have a different host so you need to check and see what limits they have
