We provide support only for sites hosted by wordpress.COM and I assume you are asking about a wordpress.COM hosted site.
If that is the case, the answer is: you can’t; it’s not allowed. If you want to run Google Adsense ads you need to have a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install. See the NOTE below.
No blogger initiated advertising is allowed on WordPress.COM hosted blogs. The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains.
