Google Adsense Ads

  In a way I hope they will allow adsense – that would take care of people who get their knickers in a twist and get pissed off at people in the forum … because they themselves didn’t read the terms.

  I personally would be willing to pay to get rid of ads completetly.

  You’re welcome. I came across that site looking for ideas about protecting my content. With regards to the article, of course WordPres is not really splog-free, just type “make money online” in wordpress.com Search and you will see, but on a whole, there’s very few of these splogs, compared to, say, Blogger.

  Google Ad Sence is not allowed on WP, that goes for any ads where you make money. Maybe in the future, it will be available, but I’m not sure. Many people move to Blogger just so they can use adsence, but their editor isn’t as good as WordPress. You could also buy your own host, and run a WordPress.org blog. Then you could use ads.

  I recently asked about whether there were plans to set a mid-range upgrade between nothing and VIP where you could run ads, and was told flat out no, there’s nothing in the works right now.
