There are a few options, they’re outlined in the Advertising link that auxclass gave you above. But if you really need to use AdSense or another service that’s not allowed here, you’ll have to move to a self-hosted wordpress.org site.
Here’s some info on the difference: .com and .org
You would need to purchase hosting elsewhere, and install WordPress there. There’s a support doc that outlines how to make the move: Moving to WordPress.org

That’s pretty unequivocal. You cannot do this at WordPress.com, period.
