Google AdSense Code
-
Hello there,
I am using wordpress.com in Business Plan. I cannot get WordAds as PayPal terminated their activities in the country I am living in. So, Google AdSense is my only choice for ads.
I pasted the code Google gave me to CSS straight away and after publishing the website the code changed to;
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push( {
}
Also, I haven’t heard back from Google AdSense yet, it has been a while. I am assuming I didn’t do the code thing right.I have absolutely no idea about the codes. I genuinely beg for some help here!
I have looked through the forums, but couldn’t find similar topic.
Thank you so much!

Hey frapany,
Google AdSense doesn’t provide the code to copy and paste it to the CSS, it consists scripts.
To add this, you require a plugins because you can’t have the access to the theme files.
So you can install “Insert Headers and Footers” plugin and there will be two boxes. You can place your code in either and save.

Hi there,
Apart from AdSense code not working on WordPress.com sites, we do not allow use of third-party ad networks like AdSense unless your site is on the WordPress.com Business Plan.
