How and where do I add the Google adsense code for purposes for review for approval? Not the actual ads yet?
Do I really have to upgrade to a business plan? Am just starting so I prefer not to shell out cash as much as possible.

Hi there,
Using Google Adsense on WordPress.com requires our Business Plan.
However, on our cheaper Premium Plan you’re automatically approved for our own WordAds advertising program, which would display ads from Adsense along with other ad networks on your site:
