Google Adsense in Bueno

Hi,
I have Bueno theme applied to my blog i.e, http://glumchums.wordpress.com/
From many days, I ddnt observed that Google Ads appear below or somewhere around my posts. Because I always enter the blog signed in, and the ads dont appear to me.
But today, I had a glance at the blog without signing in, that is when I noticed an Ad below every post.What is the use of this to me. I don’t have an Adsense account. So I guess, its of no use to me. So, It is better that I remove those ads. But I dont find any option..
Along with the procedure of removing Adsense, please suggest me whether it is + point to have Adsense in any way..(Coz, I dont have adsense account and the reason for that is a lack of credit card!)

WordPress runs those ads to keep the service free. If you really want to get rid of them you can purchase the no ads upgrade.

Hi shoaib….wordpress shows the ads to logged out users and earns revenue from it…
Since you dont pay for the wordpress service,they compensate it by generating revenue by posting ads on your blog.
Cant really get rid of the ads if you prefer the service to be free…
You will obviously have to pay if you upgrade.
Alternatively if you want to earn from your own ads,you can set up your own website using dreamweaver,joomla,or wordpress.org, host it yourself and run your own ad code on it.

In simple terms….
If you sign up for adsense it will give you a code which ,when you enter on your site(it is very important that the site be your own domain and not a free blog for google to approve your request) will show up relevant ads related to your website..
You will earn money if visitors click on the ads..
The per click cash earned depends on many factors like your site rank traffic etc…
And you dont need a credit card for adsense..they have an option of sending your earned amount to your doorstep via a cheque every month…
