Google Adsense Problems

I added the Google Adsense code to the TEXT widget to the sidebar and downloaded the Adsense Explosion Plugin but no adds show up on my website. I’ve verified that all my Google info was correct.
On the mobile site, it has a giant blank space where an ad should be, but nothings there. Do you have any suggestions as to why this could be happening?

WordPress.com and WordPress.org have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
