  i would like to know if after i get the domain of my blog i can use google ad words

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no blogger initiated advertising allowed and that includes paid or sponsored content and ad banners.

  There is a single advertising program called WordAds, which you can read more about here: http://wordads.co/ But as I said above advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.com is not allowed. For full details, please see:

  If you require other advertising, you might be interested in a self-hosted (WordPress.org) installation. There are no restrictions on advertising if you hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting and setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.   Hi fruitpunchbazar,

  Are you referring to Adwords or Adsense?

  If you are referring to Adwords, there should be no problem since you are paying for ads to generate traffic to your blog and not displaying advertisements to make money.

  It’s irrelevant which of the two are being referred to. No blogger initiated advertising is not allowed on any WordPress.com hosted blogs. Posting any gets a blog suspended.

  tt-just for clarification, Adwords is a Google advertising product which drives traffic from Google search results to a website.

  Perhaps a member of the staff can clarify this.

  I honestly don’t see why WP.com would disallow someone to advertise their WP.com blog (outside of WP.com) to generate traffic.

  since your site is just a thinly disguised catalog site to send traffic off site – I suspect you might have terms of service problems
