Google Analytics

    Hi, I just switched my blog from blogger to wordpress and I would like to continue to use google analytics.

    Where do I add my google analytics code?

    I also saw that WordPress has a plug-in for it, but I can’t use that because I don’t have the option of using the plug-ins…I’m assuming it’s because I don’t have my own .com

    Please help.

    Hi there. Google Analytics is not available on WordPress.com. You can, however, verify your blog with Google’s Webmaster Tools: http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/

    I don’t have the option of using the plug-ins…I’m assuming it’s because I don’t have my own .com

    We don’t have any ability to install plugins on WordPress.com. There is no upgrade, including having a custom domain, that provides this ability. If you want to use plugins you need to buy your own domain AND hosting and set up your own website using the WordPress.ORG software.
