    Google analytics plugin is required for free blogs.

    Hi,

    You’re not the first one to ask about being able to use Google analytics but I have a feeling it’s not going to be implemented any time soon.

    What might be more useful is to state why you think Google analytics would be a good addition.

    • What does it give you that the current stats do not?
    • What might you be able to do with the extra information
    • Why is that important to you?

    This way the WordPress team can see what stats features people would benefit from the most and maybe they’ll get implemented (or at least considered).
