  Where should I paste the Google Analytics Tracking Code?

  I have understood that it should be set to right before the </head> tag in the header but i do not find way to do this in Lodestar.

  I dont want to pay for the plugin because I am just a beginner.

  Hi there,

  Google Analytics can only be used on sites with the Business Plan on WordPress.com. Then there will be a space to add the code at My Site ->Settings ->Traffic.
