Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights pluggin causing fatal error on site

    Hello,
    I was hoping someone could help me. I am receiving a fatal error on my site caused by the Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights. pluggin. I am unable to sign into wordpress to deactivate the pluggin. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Here is the information I received in an email with the error details.

    WordPress version 5.8.3
    Current theme: Bard (version 2.11)
    Current plugin: Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights (version 8.3.1)
    PHP version 7.3.33

    An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 11 of the file /home2/thinkps2/public_html/wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/includes/admin/meta-box.php. Error message: Cannot declare class MI_MetaBox, because the name is already in use.

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.
