Google Analytics Goal Tracking

    I am ready to launch a new site using wordpress.com business class plan. When someone completes an action such as a filling out a contact form I need to register a goal in Google Analytics. For this I require the contact form to redirect users to a thank-you page so I can set up a destination url goal in Google Analytics. Please can you advise the steps involved to set this up.
