Google Analytics Installed Twice

I am trying to work with an Ad Agency and they alerted me about my Analytics code showing installed twice and they are wanting to just verify my traffic is correct. They sent over the screenshot with codes but I am not sure what to do at this point.

Since there are several ways to add Google Analytics to your site you’ll want to check to see if you’ve entered the ID multiple places. For example, if your theme and an SEO plugin both provide the option. Installing multiple Google Analytics plugins could also be the cause.
