i want to install google analytics plugins.I dont have the admin section to do this on my site. are you able to help

No, Google Analytics cannot be used on WordPress.com blogs at this time. You are welcome to use our built-in Stats feature. You can read more about it here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/

I have trasnsferred my blog to wordpress.org finally. I had a payment reminder, that I would be charged for wordpress.com at the start of February. Can you let me know how I can cancel this?
