Google Analytics – yes, I’ve read the help topic posts.

Hi everyone!
I was thrilled to be able to verify my WP blog and add the sitemap to my Google account. Again, I would like to thank the WordPress team for making that so easy!
I know we have stats available on our WP blogs, but I also have a website on Google so I know that their Analytics are much more detailed. Now that we can add our sitemaps and verify our WP.com blogs to our Google accounts, would it be possible to request the same type of option to submit our blogs for Google Analytics? Right now, I believe we need to, again, copy javascript code into the header of our WP.com blog, which won’t work.
If there is currently a way to do this, please let me know. If not, please consider it my “wishlist” contribution.

WordPress already uses GA on this hosting site, and google only allows one account per site, so individual bloggers cannot have it.
