Google app email help

    Hello – I haven’t had a response to this so am posting it again:
    I set up a new blog at emmasword.com and with it a Google App for the email address [email redacted]
    The email address was working nicely for a few weeks, but suddenly stopped. When I went through Google to find out why it said ‘the trial had ended’ then ‘contact the reseller’. On my ‘upgrades’ page for this app, it lists a $55 (AUD) payment for the year.
    Can a happy person help me pretty please?

    I’m so sorry for the trouble! I just fixed the problem that was causing this for you, so your Google Apps service is active again. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that.
