Google Apps Account Release

  I made a Google apps account through WordPress, but now have no idea how to access it. This has become a problem because I’m trying to set up an email for another website, but I keep receiving this message ‘This domain has an apps account controlled by another apps reseller’.

  I have no idea what the password is, or any details, other than the the apps’ username, which is matrixkorea. Can WordPress please release this account so that I can gain control of it again?

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any upgrades linked to this account. If you bought Google Apps using a different WordPress.com username, please post here using that username so we can investigate this for you.

  Alternatively, can you please provide the domain for which you bought the Google Apps subscription? Thanks.

  Hi kokkieh, I have no idea who sohelraj6 is and I didn’t get a chance to read what he wrote, but just to reiterate – no relation to me.

  Thank you for the help, but I still cannot seem to register an email account in the form of “(email visible only to moderators and staff)”

  I’ve never purchased a domain name through Matrix but I did have a website called simply “MatrixKorea” on WordPress. Can you help any further? Thank you again.

  Emails are stripped out automatically when you type them here, but I can still see it, so you don’t need to worry about that :)

  http://www.matrixkorea.com/ is a Weebly site, not a WordPress.com site. You can only have a Google Apps subscription with us if you also bought a domain from us, and that domain was not bought from us.

  I did have a website called simply “MatrixKorea” on WordPress

  We don’t keep record of website names, only addresses, so that doesn’t help me find the site, I’m afraid. Do you have the full URL of the site?

  I don’t see any sites in this account, so if you had another WordPress.com site, it belongs to a different username.
