Google Apps – CNAME Shortcuts

  Hello, firstly I know that there are other posts in the forums yet I am not able to find the answer to my question.

  We have recently gotten a Google Apps going for our site. It works fine minus the fact that we cannot change the address to get our mail. EI what we want is to be able to type mail.jhrconcordia.com other than the long google one. It says to put in a new CNAME I have and it is still not working I am probably not getting this done right. Our email is activated and all.

  Could someone please tell me how to make the google apps addresses work with out web site. Thank you so much for you help!
