Google Apps Email
-
I just today signed up for WordPress with Google Apps Email support. Paid the fee. Then….NOTHING.
I got no advice on how to set the thing up or access it or whatever.
I got an email from Google Apps with a link that when clicked on says: Google
You need to use a Google Apps account to log into Google Admin Console.
Sign into a Google Apps account to access Google Admin. So off I go and try to set up a Google Apps account (whatever that is). I list my domain (that I bought through WordPress) and it says its already in use, and I need to recover or some such nonsense.
I feel snookered. I cant get into Apps without already having an apps account. I cant set up and account because it seems I already have an Apps account!!!A little help, WordPress?!?!?!?!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I’m sorry for the confusion! After you bought Google Apps email, we sent you an email with your Google Apps account details. That email looks like this:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email/adding-google-apps-to-your-site/#completing-sign-up
If you don’t see that email in your inbox, please check out our tips for finding emails from WordPress.com. It’s possible that email ended up in your Spam folder or somewhere else.
If you can’t find that email with your Google Apps login information, please let me know!

Hi brunamels,
I checked your account and I see that you cancelled your Google Apps subscription. You’ll find a refund receipt for that upgrade in your Billing History.
If you need any further help, please contact us directly so we can track your support request separately from this forum thread. :)
