Google Apps for Work not working

    Hi,

    I have bought Google Apps for my website for $55 on 22/03/2015. So far this gave me access to my GMail account however today when I wanted to access it didn’t work and I was asked to contact reseller to modify the order.
    I then clicked on the link available on Google which brought me to the WordPress website.
    I have then checked my payments and everything seems to be in order. My GApps are due for renewal on 20/02/2016.

    Please let me know what is happening and help me fixing this issue. I can access my professional e-mails anymore and this is a big issue for me.

    Hi,

    I still haven’t received any reply regarding this issue.

    I still haven’t got my access back to GMail.

    On WordPress I have a message saying that my subscription to Google Apps has been suspended. Next renewal is February 2016.

    I can’t access my emails anymore on GMail. I use this mailbox for my business. I need this issue to be solved as soon as possible please.
