Google Apps Log In ??

  I purchased Google Apps 3 days ago and I never received the instructions to log in with Google Apps. Need to connect an email to my url (which was not bought with wordpress but it is mapped to it).

  Hey there @karine81,

  This sounds like a problem a staff member will need to resolve.

  Hello @karine81 – could you do a global (or advanced) search of your email for anything with WordPress.com in it?

  These emails for some reason tend to get filtered off into spam folders or other folders outside of the inbox.

  I’ve look everywhere including spam folders and there’s no sign of the email I should have received (the one that is pictured in your support page).

  Can you try to resend the email in question?

  Hi!

  I have the same problem here, I have searched on my email for anything with WordPress.com in it and there’s nothing about activating the Google Apps account. Have you resolved karine81’s problem? How can I get help?
