Google Apps order, unable to activate email account

Hello,
I signed up for the Google Apps email for my domain on Jan 11th and cannot activate the email account. This is the email I received, which is different than the email template on the support forums. Once I click on the Admin Console, it does not find any email account active for my domain.
Appreciate any assistance.
