Google Apps ordered, no activation email received.

I registered my domain along with ordering google apps. However, I never received a confirmation email on how to activate google apps for email. Not sure what to do next or how to generate the email/activation. Anyhelp would be appreciated! Need the email asap because I am ordering business cards. Thanks!

This is a new service so there could be a wrinkle or two in the process. I’ll mark the thread for staff assistance.
In the mean time you might want to check your spam folder, or “all mail” folder if you use Gmail. If you find the confirmation e-mail let me know so I can remove the modlook tag.

It looks like the DNS settings for the Google Apps email were correctly added to your domain. To confirm, did you receive the confirmation email described here?

Hi Kim!
Could you check the Social tab on your Gmail inbox? I just went through the process, and the email from WordPress.com was caught there. Please let me know if it’s not there for some reason!

All my email has been going to my outlook account. However, I did check all three gmail accounts I have and didn’t find anything in any of the social folders. I did a global search for all items and didn’t find anything else from Word Press. Did the same for outlook account. I have the receipt/invoice, but nothing for activating google apps.

I just wanted to let you know that you should have received a new email to your current email address with login details for your Google Apps account. Can you let me know if you received this email?
The email should also include the email address that we created for you. If you would like to setup a different email address instead, I’m happy to help you do that. Just let me know!
