Google Apps plan

I purchased Google Apps and it should run for a year (expiry date shows as auto renew on 22 November 2016) but when I try and log in to check my emails I keep getting a message that says ‘Pardon the interruption your trial has ended’ I then click on Fix This and I’m directed to ‘Contact reseller to modify order’ which takes me back to WordPress but I can’t see that I’ve had a trial, I thought I’d purchased access for a year. What do I do now? How can I resolve this?

Hi @sallygibsonphotography, which domain is giving you trouble? I checked the one I see on this account, and the Google Apps plan appears to be active.
