Google apps says that my trial period is over, even though i paid 48 € – why?

    I purchased google apps for my domain http://www.tiptaptext.net
    info@tiptaptext is my business mail-adress, which i purchased via wordpress.

    On the wordpress “my upgrades” overview it says that this service will be renewed in march 2016.

    Today i tried logging in to my gmail account for the adress named above as usual. It says that my trial period ran out and that i need to purchase an upgrade an should contact the reseller – which i am doing now. I can login to the admin console but can’t login to the mailadress anymore!!!

    Pls contact me ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) as soon as possible – I need access to this e-mail-adress for my daily work!!!

    Can’t login to my other mail-account either. Redirected it to the business-mail so this one receives also my private mails.

    So in fact i cannot access any of my mailaccounts right now, which is really, really bad as i am working as a freelance writer…..

    :-( Help!

  • Hi there. You actually only bought the domain from WordPress.com, not the email address. WordPress.com only allows you to connect outside email services like Google Apps to your blog, but you don’t buy those services from WordPress.com itself.

    You need to contact Google Apps to sort this out.

    But: Erm no. I bought “Google apps for tiptaptext.net” and even set the Name oft the mail Adresse via wordpress.
    They say i need to contact the reseller..

  • I’ll tag this for staff to follow up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting.

    Staff is currently experimenting with making the live-chat feature available to more users for one week. If a staff member is available a pop-up window saying “How can I help” should appear on your dashboard, allowing you to contact them directly to help you with this. If you manage to contact staff this way before they answer this thread, please set this thread to resolved and let me know so I can remove the staff tag again.

    Google apps say my free trial period is up and have suspended my account, yet I have paid 48€ for a years subscription on 6th april 2015 through WordPress. Please can you look into this with a matter of urgency as I need to access my business emails.
    Help me!!!
