Google Apps subscription not working

Hi!
I get this message when I try to log in to my email account using Google Apps “Pardon the interruption – Your trial has ended. Please select a plan and set up billing to continue using Google Apps. Please visit the Billing page and set up billing.”
However, I have purchased a subscription that ends in February 2017.
I am starting a new thread as previous threads reporting the same issue have been closed with no solution provided, only the actual intervening of someone from WordPress that solved the issue. Hope someone can help me too! :)

But I would like to know if I missed a step in the setup or something else that resulted in this problem. Or was it just an error?
