Google apps verification

  Hi I am trying to verify my wordpress blog so I can use google apps. The 2 options I get are:
  -Upload an HTML file to harpursbizarre.com
  -Change harpursbizarre.com CNAME record
  I am having trouble trying to figure out how to do either, any step by step instructions for a mong like me would be greatly appreciated.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m not sure what you are trying to do. This is how to use Google apps for email with your domain-mapped wordpress.com blog:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/custom-email/
  Why do you need to change the CNAME record?
