Google Athenticator wants to be reset up on my new phone. I can’t get to that part because it wants me to authenticate.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Does this help?
Moving to a New Device http://en.support.wordpress.com/security/two-step-authentication/#moving-to-a-new-device -
TimeThief,
I should have done that, yes.
But now I’m in this chicken-egg situation.
I have two wordpress accounts, too. One personal (3 blogs) and one for work.

I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

And, being the genius that I am, I didn’t print out backup codes either.
So I guess my blogs are dead.
At a loss here.
-
Thanks TimeThief.
I thought of everything when switching to my new phone EXCEPT this. And I am kicking myself for it.

Okay so I guess we are looking at account recovery. Please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

Hi there!
I’ve sent you an email containing a single-use code to help you disable two-step authentication and set it up again with Google Authenticator. Please let me know if you received it. Thanks!

Hey there,
For some reason I missed that but I believe my colleague Bryan took care of it.
Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks!
-
Yes. Bryan V did. You two totally saved me. THANK YOU.
No better teacher than experience, for sure.
