Google Authenticator App Wiped/Codes Don't Work

This thread is about the news station website I work for http://www.FOX8.com, that uses the WordPress platform. I had to log into a personal WordPress account to write this.
I need help with my Google Authenticator App (it was deleted from my phone and the codes don’t work) under my FOX8.com account and am in desperate need of posting some weather related breaking news update at the moment (if you’re in northern Ohio right now, be on the lookout for black ice along the Shoreway in addition to I-77, there was a single vehicle accident, no injuries but closures likely) .
I did fill out a recovery form but having to wait is making me antsy (apologies, WordPress support staff). My problem is I’m an overnight associate morning show producer and never got the alert from our IT that they were resetting everything. My account is blissdavisfox8 and I can send just about anything to verify who I am (I’d send my username registration info but my Microsoft Outlook email did not fully recover). Everything is wiped, no authenticator app on the phone anymore and the codes don’t work. I did reset my general password because I’ve had it forever though.
Our website is FOX8.com (and again, my username is blissdavisfox8, work email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)). I also again apologize for the double inquiry, I just can’t get any work done at the moment. Thanks so much!

It’s WordPress.org, I had to log into this account (a personal one) to write this since I can’t get into the blissdavisfox8 account at all. The first password prompt works just fine, but the second one requiring the code isn’t working for me.

WordPress.COM does not do phone support – but someone on your paper should have a direct support link I think 24/7 to the VIP support team – but sorry no way for me to know who your staff person is – ask your IT / web folks for help

Thanks, our news station is on holiday schedule right now (meaning just about everybody left until after the new year. Our IT team updated our systems and phones before leaving, but did it during the day and never alerted the overnight team about what was going on.) I came in to work with everything wiped out with my codes not working. I did submit that form to sort out account issues, hopefully that’ll work.
