Google Authenticator- HELP!

  I have lost access to my WordPress account, after someone deleted my Google Authenticator from my Iphone. I need to access my blog asap and anything you can do to help is much appreciated.

  apologies, I didn’t see your post. only the “supportbot”

  the resetting of the password didn’t work so I just submitted a form for account recovery.

  How long does that normally take and will that handle this issue?

  Hi Timethief- is there anything else i can do to make sure that support has seen my request? I understand they receive a lot of requests, but I just want to confirm mine was seen and will be handled.

  Hi there,
  There is an account recovery backlog. Staff will process your request as soon as they can and I have no idea when that will take place.
